Diksha App is a milestone in digital education of India. It is a free educational app launched by the Government in 2017 to benefit students and teachers. And it became a huge success for thousands of students and teachers during the Corona pandemic in 2020. It can be estimated from the fact that in March 2020 around 3 crore hits were witnessed per day on this app.
This is a unique app for Students as well as for teachers which caters to the needs of students of I to XII and it covers all the subjects. Anyone can access to NCERT books, engaging study material, interesting exercises, MCQ based exercises, lesson plans, worksheets, activities, videos and texts at just one stop ‘Diksha App’. This app keeps the learner motivated and glues them there till the end.
Students can learn according to their own pace, without peer pressure in an organised planning way. They can clear concepts again and again. Teachers can get a glimpse of various methods used in the teaching learning process and update skills.
