CCAvenue Payment Error code 10002

In order resolve Error code 10002, First Try to switch the product URL to Test or vice versa
CCAvenue test URL is: https://test.ccavenue.com
CCAvenue production URL is: https://secure.ccavenue.comThis might be also due to incorrect value of merchant ID, working_key or access_code. Also make sure if the order originates from the registered URL for which the API keys are issued. i.e if your API Keys are issued for example.com then they will work only for example.com. You need to contact CCAvenue to get API Keys for new domain.
To check the allowed URL go to Settings -> Gateway Settings — Web Store URL
Check Keys by going to Settings -> API Keys -> Merchant ID, Access Code, Working Key
Merchant ID used to remain same for all Web Store URL, but Access Code and Working Key will be different for different Web Store URL.
Look for the URL coming next to Go back to < > the keys work for that domain only
