Mouse can’t drag and drop files OR folder
The following worked for me :
1) Open window explorer
2) Click and HOLD the icon/file with the Left mouse button.
3) Press Esc while holding the Left mouse button.
4) Now try drag and drop of files/folder and icon.
If problem not sorted out, try restarting your computer. 🙂
